Production – Warehouse Hall M1
Hall M1 is suitable mainly for production activities as well as for storage facilities. Access to the hall is secured by four electric rolling doors with dimensions of 5.4 × 5.5 m (w × h, clear dimension) from both sides of the hall. The clear height of the hall is 8.2 m to the overhead crane, and 10.7 m to the underside of the beam. This consists of five such separate bays with six cranes. The hall offers ideal access for trucks, along with the possibility of unloading/loading material/goods.
The hall has an annex with an area of 370 m2, which was built and approved for use (final inspection/occupancy permit) in September 2016. It is constructed from sandwich panels and serves as a warehouse. The entire industrial park area is fenced. Entry is only through the main gate with a ramp and security service.

Production – Storage Hall D
Hall D was constructed in 2006. It has a steel structure with load-bearing columns in the centre of the hall and is divided into two double bays (two parallel bays).
A two-story brick section is built into the hall, which serves as offices with a view of the production area (upper part), while the lower part is divided into two sections (parallel to the bays). The first section (opposite Bay A) houses changing rooms, a kitchenette, sanitary facilities with a shower, and also sanitary and heating equipment. The second section (opposite Bay B) has separate rooms constructed that are used as a tool warehouse and a 3D measuring room.
The hall has a special poured, polished floor with increased load-bearing capacity and anti-vibration properties, suitable for securing CNC machining tools or other equipment requiring specialized floor parameters. The hall cladding consists of thermal-insulating sandwich panels with excellent thermal insulation properties. The hall features built-in gas heating convectors, separately controlled with independent gas consumption metering. The hall has essentially unlimited electrical supply power from a separate 1,000 kW transformer and has a separate watertight septic tank for sewage water. An underground well for utility water is available.
The hall was constructed as a production facility, but it is also suitable for other uses, e.g., storage facilities, etc. Access for freight transport and trucks to the hall is unrestricted; a handling area is built in the rear of the hall for the unloading and loading of goods.
